Directly create and sync an import mapping

https://testapi.dennytax.com/api/v1/imports

Creates a local record for a foreign import (Task Code, HS Code, etc.). Providing "qty" and "unitPrice" will automatically trigger a KRA Stock IO push (sarTyCd: 01) to increase your inventory, followed by a Stock Master update.
