Adjust item stock levels

Manually adds or deducts item stock level. Reports to eTIMS under specific KRA stock movement codes.

ADD (Incoming): 01-Import, 02-Purchase, 03-Return, 04-Stock Movement, 05-Processing, 06-Adjustment.
DEDUCT (Outgoing): 11-Sale, 12-Return, 13-Stock Movement, 14-Processing, 15-Discarding, 16-Adjustment.
